Spoken Language Review.

In spoken language, we often develop word conventions that are used for ‘traffic control’. Their main purpose is to make sure that both speakers in a dialogue are focused and engaged. Voice one is Kyle’s transcript uses ‘eh?’ as a confirmation request. This is used to confirm that voice 2 is focused (possibly non-verbal) their receipt of the information that came before.
